By booking a service with Teck Designs, you agree to the following:
Custom Work
All services are custom. Once production has begun, orders are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable and secure materials and production time.
Pricing
Listed prices are starting rates and represent the minimum cost for each service. Final pricing depends on project scope, materials, condition, and customization.
Project Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications, measurements, artwork, and fitment details prior to production. Teck Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Vinyl Graphics
We use high-quality Oracal vinyl. Vinyl decals include a one (1) year limited warranty covering peeling or color fading under normal use. Warranty does not cover improper installation, excessive heat, pressure washing, or post-installation damage. Coverage is limited to replacement of the original decal only.
Wheel Rebuilding & Metal Refinishing
All wheels and parts must be structurally sound prior to service. Pre-existing damage, deep corrosion, or prior repairs may affect final results. Custom sizing and fitment specifications are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
3D Printing & Laser Engraving
Fitment, spelling, artwork, and specifications must be approved prior to production. Performance and durability depend on intended use and proper installation.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS within the continental United States. Transit times are determined by the carrier. Teck Designs is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
