Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once production has begun. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your project slot, materials, and production time.
If a cancellation request is made before production starts, a refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any material costs, design time, or processing fees already incurred.
If an error is made on our end, we will work promptly to correct the issue through repair, replacement, or adjustment.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all specifications prior to production. Teck Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
